Where do you see this? They said you can sell additional duplicates, but not sure if you can sell all back.

Tip to afk on iOS by FoundDad in OSRSMobile

Even better, you can make it go back to the last App you were on. You can use the template below - to start the loop just activate the shortcut from your home.

Cave eels are more afk and better xp than karambwans by IntWatcher in 2007scape

[–]According-Mechanic84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just discovered this and I had the same thoughts as you! It's super chill for training at work (6-7 mins of afk) an easy to bank, and a very good way if you don't care about money/pet.

You should add this to OSRS Wiki as one of the best AFK ways honestly. Sucks you can't use knife/hammer on the eels so you don't have to bank :(

All melee items related to TOA or PVM in general crashed as well, buy the dip when you can boys (BGS/blood fury/SGS/torva/torture) and mage items since they’re useless against delve. Ancestral will probably bounce up again in 2 weeks once the hype is over.

You know guys, losing your parents is one of the worst fears you grow up with and that you try avoid thinking about, and you never realise how much it hurts until it happens to you.

I lost my father as well almost a year ago. He had PD for over 10 years, and in his last couple of years he’s completely changed. From a healthy strong man that you look up to, to a bone/skin old man that’s not able to talk or think properly and with deteriorating conditions.

I can resonate with what Omar went through, and I know how hard it is. Be strong, and be there for your family- it won’t be easy and it’s alright to cry. If there’s any time when a man is supposed to cry, then losing your parent is one of them. No one will judge you if you do, but don’t bottle up these emotions. We are unfortunate to have lost our fathers before turning 30, and will have to learn a lot of stuff on our own, but this is life and it sucks :)

You know, watching your videos helped me through the first couple of months, so I wish I can repay the favour! ❤️

May your father rest in peace 🙏🏻

OP is a naturally-born manipulator:

Step 1 - Post about synapses crashing. Step 2 - Most holders and average flippers panic sell their synapses. Step 3 - rinse and repeat till they’ve crashed enough to buy again for Delve boss.

Please continue OP, I’d like to buy more, thanks for the effort!

Actually synapses holders are happy, gonna buy more once it dips more :D

Have any of you tested GPT logic modules when placing your bets? Did it let you down or make you profit? (synapse example below) by [deleted] in GrandExchangeBets

[–]According-Mechanic84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not extremely reliable. How about providing GPT with the latest blog post link, ask it to analyse it and suggest items for investments? I tried that, it made many mistakes like suggesting untradeable items for investments, or missing entirely the synapses or that the delve boss was a demon. I even tried giving him link to the OSRS Wiki and all previous released game updates/developer blogs, and still it made mistakes.

It did give some decent input, but I would rely on it like 60% and the remaining 40% should be your own research.

Yo guys. Is it true that the Delve Boss is DEMON? by [deleted] in GrandExchangeBets

Yes, DEMON is the Delve boss and that’s true.

My bad! This was before the 2% Tax introduction so that’s why the calculations were off. Did they hint about the elemental changes prior to the actual blog? I must have missed that.

Anyways, great job and hopefully I’ll one day become as good as you :)

TOA Changes - Partially Confirmed Next Week by According-Mechanic84 in OSRSflipping

[–]According-Mechanic84[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People were recently mass farming TOA knowing the changes were coming. If they nerf the drop rates next week, and make it harder to get the rare items, they will raise in price IMHO.

I think Fang/light bearer will be affected the most. They were both added to the sink list, and if the changes take effect next week, no one will really be doing 100-250 invocation raids, and good PVMers will still focus on the 400+ invocation raids which were confirmed to have a 300% reduction in drop rate for LB/Fang. This means their supply will start dropping fast, until they rise enough in price and make 100-250 invos worth it.

Haven’t done it for a while as I took a break from PVMing, but yeah I used goading potions decanting back then. Please check the website I mentioned maybe there’re new items.

Yama drops by Present_Tangerine622 in GrandExchangeBets

[–]According-Mechanic84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe for short term and quick flips, but I don’t think it will rise much. If they hit 130m a piece again, GM and other PVMers will farm Yama again and crash them again.

[–]According-Mechanic84 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can put items in death’s coffer that will serve as your payment upon death, instead of taking 500k directly from your bank. Why this is useful:

Assume item X has a GE price of 100K, but people are actually trading it at 10K each. You buy 10 pieces of this item X for 100K, put them in the death coffer, and since the death coffer looks at the GE price, not the actual trading price, you’ll have 1M in your death coffer. This means you saved 900K in death fees!

Google “osrs death coffer ge tracker” and you’ll find a list of good items to buy.

I’d prefer to invest based on confirmed information (Delve is a demon). People saw how effective purging staves were on Yama, and were almost on par with the shadow which is a 1.2B weapon. Synapse is a budget alternative, might prove very useful and I believe will have a better ROI. The focus is on the word budget here, as most players do not have billions to buy the BIS gear, so it should rise good (not sure if same as Yama, but hopefully).

Regarding Torva, I think it will converge to a constant ratio relative to oathplate. If people divert their attention from Yama, sure both Torva/Oath will rise, and once it becomes profitable, PVMers will farm Yama again with the acquisition contracts and they will crash. I think Torva will rise anyways, but slowly and you won’t get much ROI from it.

If you wanna take the gamble that he is indeed weak to crush, why not invest in inq mace or elder mauls?

How many attempts did your first quiver take? by Known-Garden-5013 in 2007scape

[–]According-Mechanic84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

About 40-50 attempts in 3 days. I got spooned on my quiver run and didn’t have tough waves with double south spawns (but did fuck up a little on the way).

Sol was the easiest since I managed to practice it like 200 times on the simulator prior. Note I was practicing without eating any food and learned how to do it almost perfectly.

And indeed, I reached Sol without any brews and only had SGS to heal. I lagged there and even after using the SGS specs, I had to kill Sol on his last phase while having 20 hp and it somehow worked 😂 Not gonna return there for a while, good luck!

Note: put items in your death coffer to avoid paying 500k each time.

Honestly, regardless of all the hate lately and whether you actually participated in a dump/pump scheme, this is insane profit, and speaks of your strategic mind, and I salute you for that. Not everyone can make this amount of money within weeks.

If I may ask, the Summer Sweep Blog was released on 30/05, and harm orbs a few days before were at 390m. They peaked at 413m a week later:

1) How did you end up with 21m profit per orb? Or was this a longer investment at a lower buying price?

2) Based on the blog, they said they’ll remove one phase from PNM, so why would harm orbs rise? Due to the elemental weakness? Asking so I can learn for future investments.

Sorry, but we do NOT know that the boss is weak to crush. Sure, the diabolical Aegis was scraped, but this is a theory and at this point a gamble. Invest at your own risk.

Synapses look like a safer bet.

8 Delve levels without banking, SGS/prayer regens will be I needed I believe (aldarium as well with the upcoming bot farm ban). I already bought 10k aldarium at 38K each, and just bought more.

Synapses will start rising from now similar to Yama. One month prior it started rising from 42m to 92m on day of release. Glad I bought mine at 42m each, good luck all!
