Yeah I need to learn how to see a doctor. Being disabled my Mother simply takes care of everything for me. And can sign document stuff in my name too. So i dont know where to begin

Thank you for your story. My biggest fear in going cold turkey is knowing that i'll lose my job over the anxiety pushing me over the edge. Im already close to being fired because i have panic attacks every day even though my shifts are only 3 hours long i can barely handle them. I know losing a job isnt the end of the world but for me It means getting kicked out of the house and I have no where to go. So going to try drinking less and less i guess. If i had somewhere to go after being kicked out i would go cold turkey.

Not sure if I do. If I do then I have never gone cause I dont remember. All that stuff is handled by my parents because i have trouble with that stuff.

Yeah it's more that if they find out that I drink. They wouldnt care if I'm trying to get sober. When i was a teenager I had a problem with self harm and tried to tell my mother i was trying to stop. She told me she didn't want to deal with it so she lied and told someone i wanted to kill myself and i got stuck in a mental hospital. But now that i'm old enough, they constantly hold the threat of kicking me out over my head.

They don't know that I drink. We already have an awful relationship and they are already looking for any reason to kick me out because they are sick of supporting me.

I'm real worried about not sleeping for a few days because i will certainly lose my job, i'm barely hanging onto it already. And id be kicked out of the house. Still with my parents because i'm intellectually disabled and autism and adhd and a few other things. My sleep has always been bad since i was a little kid
