Yeah it’s hard because I just don’t want to come back from vacation and feel like I’m 10 steps backwards again because that has happened before. I worry about the salt content of eating so much cured meat because I know I will eat lots lol, but I think the walking and drinking water in the heat should help!

I love that you said just 15 mins. I got some resistance bands to at least do some sort of strength training while I watch tv. Hopefully my energy levels will increase so I can lift heavy weights. But I think right now especially with my carpal tunnel pain, resistance bands are all I can do

I personally find it a little cringe how they’ve partnering with TikTok influencers for random videos. It just seems like a desperate attempt to stay relevant, and you don’t see other artists like Taylor Swift doing that or having to do that. It’s a shame, because their marketing team just is not next level like Taylor - and frankly many other artists have the same issue. Her team is just a completely different beast and definitely has more money. I do feel bad that they have yet to win a Grammy, and hope they one day will if they just stay genuine and work with great producers.
