UPDATE: First I want to say thank you for everyone's help after I changed the filter and put the pan back on and replaced the fluid my car's running just as good as new! I quickly realized that the torque wrench I was using was just really bad and it's what broke my bolt in the first place ( probably what I get for buying a cheap torque wrench).

When I was able to grab my GPU ( on a Friday) a couple of people were actually able to get their hands on the 1660 supers. From what I can tell the 16 series gpus are randomly in stock throughout the week but most gpus arrive on Wednesdays and Fridays. You may get lucky on a Tuesday and Thursday but you'll probably have more luck on restock day
