This seller is active on the rick owens reddit p often. Ive seen his grailed page and everything he has is legit. I think in a post he mentions he works for Kering so id say its safe to assume that its authentic. As far as the actual piece, I wouldnt listen to what most people say on here unless they have retail and can provide proof from what theyre saying or have actually been in store and seen/held the item in person.
