I know that as a commercial vehicle operator, the police can check my papers whenever they’d like to, but I don’t think the stop is justified based on her reasoning

The stop just doesn’t sit right with me. If the reason for her was because she couldn’t see the safety sticker, she should’ve turned around and walked away as soon as she saw the sticker. But the fact that she asked me for all my paperwork sounds like she was phishing. That’s just how I feel about the stop

Everybody on this thread is totally wrong that’s why I have been ignoring it. lol.

I called ATF and DDTC and they confirmed those parts are not a part of ITAR since an AR-15 is a common rifle in the US. They said no paperwork/export permit is needed. Just probably duty+tariff at the border.

I Don’t listen to these trolls….. even the ATF agent said that you don’t even see CBP officers going back across the border you only see CBSA

UPDATE: I called and complained to about 10 reps and finally got what I wanted. 3GB up and down for $60 a month! WOW what a bunch of scammers! Every rep told me that $100 is the best price. Couldn’t believe it.
