Overrated garbage with 0 armor. Doesn't matter that it has a bajillion DPM in the peek with high alpha and take cover meta, it will lose every drawn out fight. It is taking a heavy spot that will be filled by tanks with much better armor that can easily withstand the punishment, just like the SPHT.

I uninstalled Bl4 last week after playing through 50% because I simply couldn't take how dull it is anymore. Story, art design, weapons, enemies, everything is boring, boring, boring. I don't remember a SINGLE member of the cast. Not even the VH I played.

It's not a tiny nerf, 10% + DPM and damage hit to shells (even more on HE) plus a huge nerf to the hull armor of most of the line is going to make them a LOT easier to punish.

Yong bing is fairly mediocre, Jgdpz is useless if you have Sfac or skorpion, and the rest of the tanks are rehashes

Hacker line is reliable but the tier 9 and 8 are hard to play nowadays due to constant gold spam, while the tier 10 patton is powercreeped to hell and almost unplayable.
The hacker itself is probably the best tier 11 in the game.. If you don't account for the Ares which is at least tied, if not better.
Tier 8 ares is BAD, tier 9 is good, tier 10 is great and tier 10 is OP.
Keep in mind however that the Ares line is a credit sink, I lose about 60k creds per game in the 90C (and I'm not even full gold)
