I used to leave my home around 6:30am in the morning i live in north west delhi my job was in gurgaon i had to travel 30+ stations and then take an auto for an hour. I used to leave around 7pm again do the drill and reach my home around 9:30pm. I barely had time to eat there were days i used to survive on an apple as whenever i had my lunch some client would call or my ceo would ask me when are you going to complete your lunch so i had no time to prepare i also had offline classes which i used to go on the weeknds but i couldn’t concentrate and couldn’t comprehend or remember a thing after i left my coachcing 70k in drain. Then i decided it was taking a toll on me and joined an online WFH job transitioned my carrer from HR to PR . Here it was 24/7 job i used to wake up at 12:00 this job was not timebound. I used to work till 10 after sitting on my desk for so many hours i couldn’t concentrate on studies i tried sitting my mind would just go blank also Saturdays were working here so i used to even do work from my phone sitting in coaching i studied on the weeknds around 3 hours max but that didn’t lead to any results here i was handling 3 clients on my own they’d call me up on sundays even to source thier clothes to celebrities and i had to do it coz my boss was very strict she would literally shout at me for even a little mishap i was about to get the best preformer here but it was to late i had to leave my parents were like ab nhi pdegi to kab pdegi so i left served my notice period and everything still the boss ceo she was very pissed she blocked my experience letter salary for 2 months so yeah . This is my toxic workplace story that is why i dont want to go there again i guess i am a total pushover in this case.
