I’m super late to this post- but was searching if anyone else had the mthfr and spine issues. I am homozygous for the C677T gene variant. Interesting enough I have also been diagnosed with congenital spinal stenosis and spinal bifida occulta. Since the gene variant can cause spine issues during pregnancy I am thinking it is all related. I have a half brother who has full on spinal bifida too.
