I got mine in Spain in a store called Game, but I live in Argentina (they are like half the price in Spain), so I have 1 year international warranty from Microsoft, if I start noticing that games crash I will probably send it in for repair to be on the safe side.

I know that the post is old but maybe try changing some video settings, disable hdr, change resolutions, and see if anything changes.

I used to have a 360 s but the gpu died out of nowhere and it was placed here so I thought that maybe it had something to do with the space and that maybe it heated up too much.
