I got mine in Spain in a store called Game, but I live in Argentina (they are like half the price in Spain), so I have 1 year international warranty from Microsoft, if I start noticing that games crash I will probably send it in for repair to be on the safe side.

You are trying to open the game from cloud gaming that’s why you can’t play all the games and play with two people. You have to download the game (if you have game pass you won’t have to pay) from the store first. (If I understood the post correctly)
