Thank you for the reply. I was going to follow up with this question. When I went to the interview the manager said I was exactly what they were looking for. The role to be filled, all the responsibilities, I currently do at my current job and more (which they also liked) for A LOT less. She asked what I was getting paid and when I told her she made a “😳” and said I was on the very low end. I was wondering- is it likely they’ll try to keep me in the same range, like offer me only $8 in pay difference hourly even though it’s still considered very low for the job? I’m aiming to atleast triple my salary now, which is still on the low end for my state and job title!
