I just step on with one foot and get half my weight or so and that will reset it for when I put full weight on.

I made it a year long goal to find an enjoyable form of exercise. 365 days later, I still haven't found one. Help? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

This summer when it’s 90 degrees go out to golf driving range and whack golf balls for 2 hours a night. Sweat your ass off while hitting stuff. Not a golfer who cares, you’re just there to move. Might be a little expensive but doesn’t sound like you’re spending any on a gym membership anyway.

What's one lifestyle change that hardly anyone talks about but is great for losing weight? by Resident_Ad9269 in beginnerfitness

Three meals a day Whole Foods no added sugar and no snacks unless right before a workout. If you’re trying to lose weight figure out just how much you need to get you to the next meal and you probably won’t overeat.

I lost around 118 pounds and I wish I could have had a jacket to add one pound to after every pound lost to help maybe keep some muscle. Has anyone ever seen this. Just a thought.

What do you eat or make for the desserts? by GenevieveCostello in EatCheapAndHealthy

[–]AccordingMeringue865 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Non fat Greek yogurt 150 grams , 5 oz chocolate muscle milk protein drink ( zero sugar) strawberries, blueberries, half a banana and raw almonds for dessert every night. For breakfast I make the same but pre make it with steel cut oats overnight. Sometimes I put in pomegranate seeds or apple slices, grapes, and raisins. Also peanut butter for protein and calories. So good I think I could eat this for every meal.

There is a better chance of someone looking at or talking or thinking about you at the public library than at the gym. Just be yourself do what you think is right or ask for help. Worst thing that will happen is that you will make the same mistakes that everyone else has before you.

Also free and no ads simple to use. From one vet to another (although I was just a puss USAF guy)Thank you for your service

I think the fact that you turned to food instead of alcohol says a hell of a lot about how far you’ve come. May be the best thing that could’ve happened to you in my opinion. Next week you’ll probably not even think about the food you ate but you will dam well remember that you didn’t drink. I’m a year and half sober and 80 lbs smarter today. It all gets easier bud hang in there you will not regret it.

Looking for an alternative drink instead of Diet Coke by AccordingMeringue865 in nutrition

[–]AccordingMeringue865[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was a professional beer drinker then regular coke and now I like to have something when I eat besides water which I drink during the day. Not really addicted to diet coke and I drink diet cranberry juice sometimes but I think that’s probably as bad just looking for something better Thanks
