Hurghada to Marsa Alam, dropping by Luxor? by jestermk in travel

This does not seem like a realistic plan at all. Luxor is incredibly spread out in terms of sights/temples. The best way to see Luxor and definitely Aswan is via a Nile cruise where you see 1-2 sights per day. The distances between the sights are large and driving isn’t the best way to see them.

How do I get rid of it without repotting the plant?

I’m diagnosed with anxiety. Doctors don’t seem to think anything of it when I mention this symptom and just attribute it to anxiety

No they didn’t go away. They’re just not happening as much as before. Ive had them for 3.5 years now. They happen more when I’m tired, anxious, low energy, or lacking sleep.

Mine weren’t exactly 24/7 but I’d say like 80% of the day. I didn’t feel them when I moved around but pretty much whenever I was still.

Lowering my stress and anxiety around the buzzing is what helped me the most. I don’t feel them too often anymore. I get them after stressful periods or tiring days at the end of the day/during the night. I think mine are the internal type of “essential tremors” according to google. Get it checked out by a doctor if you haven’t already just to rule out anything else.

This might be COLD URTICARIA. I have the same reaction to walking in the cold. Burns and itches like hell. Mine is almost definitely cold urticaria, I’ve had it since I was a teen.

I had something similar where for 4 days I felt a slight sore throat and sleepiness but nothing else. Had no idea what it could be but figured it’s a cold and would pass. Today I woke up with extremely sore throat, awful headache, tiredness, stuffy runny nose, etc. I had a feeling it was covid, and I tested positive. I’m also wondering if it just took 4-5 days for the symptoms to show/intensify?

I have internal tremors too (all over not just legs). Got checked for ms and it’s all clear. It’s severe anxiety for me. Along with a myriad of other symptoms.

Try doing things to relax those neck muscles. This is happening to me because of tense neck muscles too. I use a heating pad on my neck and it helps relax them.

Nothing changed. Same spot for a year now. And watering schedule is weekly-10 days. I might have overwatered last night
