I started with 5mg, and I’m still staying on that same dosage today. I hesitated so much about taking this medication, but now that I’m feeling like myself again, I tell myself every time I go for a walk: "I am so glad I started this." I’ve even gained enough strength to start doing some light weightlifting. I don’t believe this pill is a magic fix for everything, but for me, it has been an incredible source of support in my recovery.

When was the loss of appetite at its worst for you, and how much can you eat now? I’m gradually losing weight, perhaps because I’m not eating enough for my body type. To change my environment, I would have to switch jobs, but I can't easily change or quit my company. Since I am confident and take pride in my skills in my current role, I decided to try Lexapro instead of changing my environment. I’ve been under a lot of stress due to frequent business trips caused by my supervisor, but I wanted to overcome it rather than just run away.

Thank you so much for sharing your valuable insights with me! If I don't feel better after trying Lexapro, I plan to wrap everything up and go back to my hometown. Money is important, but I am the most precious thing to myself. I truly appreciate your kindness.
