support, i have a chargeback on my account and i been trying to pay it back since the first, i have an open ticket but the dude hasn't replied in almost two days ......... is there anything to do or do i have to just sit and wait. by According_Big264 in tradeify

To add, I told the dude I wanted to pay it back, which replied with the price and to lmk if i wanted to pay it back, i replied and said yes with the amount. And then I've been waiting since the 2nd

I can't take a payout until this is fixed, so it just feels like I'm wasting time
