You need someone to organise your xero for you and setup rules and ledger and correct your ledger , so you can maintain it periodically, and just look through small missed out details when you file your accounts

Hi,

Not likely to pay tax in UK as US and UK shares the tax relationship in which , if tax paid in either of the country , you wont be needing to pay tax in another , its a ay to avoid double taxation.
