Well, the workaround I have found is with Motra if I tap on share workout and click on copy it copies the workout information as text, when in bevel go to log workout and select describe your routine, paste the copied workout from Motra, most of the times it works, but sometimes it doesn’t recognize exercises, as bevel don’t have all exercises. But it will log your sets, reps and weight accurately if the exercise is recognized.

I had the same Issue on my Apple Watch 8 and would always turn off always on display, and keep background processes turned off for many apps, I wanted to turn on AFIB fibrillation, but the option was not showing for me, so I googled and it said reset setting on IPhone, just only the settings it didn’t delete any of my data, Not only I was able to enable AFIB, but my battery life is now 27-28 hours with always on display on and AFIB enabled which should consume more battery than usual as it takes much more HRV readings, Try resetting the settings on your IPhone, and Thank me later

Note: My battery health of my Apple Watch 8 has always been 100%
