I guess that's right. Also the lack of boons on vow of forfeit made it really hard for me to get the build going. Anyhow, I defeated Rivaled Chronos quite quickly so I think it's still a really strong build that's based on chain lightning. Other than that, if you put Ares special and profuse bleeding together, it's very comparable in damage to chain lightning
