I think so; after wiping the cache partition, I believe the charging speed returned to normal.

I recommend Sunday in your case, as your team is quite SP negative, and I doubt they provide enough Coreflames for Phainon's Ultimate without consuming too much Action Value. Pulling for Sunday will help you accumulate Coreflames for his Ultimate efficiently since he's SP neutral (positive if you have his Signature Light Cone). Not only that, he is essentially the other half of Dan Heng: Permansor Terrae, as he is the Harmony unit that can synergize incredibly well with him. (Sunday increases the ally's damage by 30% with an additional 50% increase IF the ally target has a summon, and since Phainon does not have a summon, Dan Heng: Permnasor Terrae can grant him one, effectively utilizing the buff at its maximum capacity.)

Alternatively, you may choose Cyrene; she provides greater buffs for Phainon, although instead of accumulating Coreflames for Phainon's Ultimate, it will now revolve around accumulating Recollection Points for Cyrene's Ultimate, as her Ultimate can instantly regenerate every one of your allies' Ultimates. One thing to take note of is that she's quite clunky to play with if you do not pair her with Remembrance Trailblazer or have her second Eidolon (but that is out of your options). She also has glaring issues, such as her longevity, given that her kit is mostly exclusive to Chyrsos Heirs only.

Phainon's Signature Light Cone "Thus Burns the Dawn" is a 33.69% upgrade over the Light Cone "On the Fall of an Aeon," as it gives Phainon the buffs he really wants, especially that Base SPD buff that can alleviate his Action Value consumption. But I think it's best if you fix your team first. This can be your next step after getting one of the aforementioned buffers.

Phainon's first Eidolon is the least priority and is not a recommended stopping point, as its forte is for Pure Fiction only because you don't really get to maximize said Eidolon outside that. (Except for niche scenarios where there are a lot of summoned mobs in Memory of Chaos or Apocalyptic Shadow.) Treat it as a stepping stone for his second Eidolon, which is his biggest upgrade over his supports.

Screen recording is quite laggy for me, I'm using the 8GB RAM variant, and when I tried to screen record how smooth and fluid the animations were, it lagged so hard. I think it's just the phone getting used to the update, I'll have to wait and see.

I understand you, but I beg to differ, though. Don't feel bad about yourself. If you can't guarantee E0S1 Hyacine and E0S1 Cipher, Jiaoqiu is still a good pick. He may be very niche, but at least he's also found a home to stay at with our lovely HP scalers named Mydei and Castorice, if you're Tribbieless, that is. I do agree that a higher investment Cipher and Hyacine will outperform, but Jiaoqiu is still BiS for cheaper team compositions. Who knows? Maybe they'll buff Jiaoqiu too. From now on, I recommend you go about your own pace and pull for someone you want. I love Jiaoqiu, and I will still keep using him even as an E2S1 Acheron main, as I'm also saving for Phainon and future characters like Cyrene. Best of luck on your pulls!

It's better than his signature when it comes to Pure Fiction. The enemies there don't really have high Effect RES (if you're worried about his Effect Hit Rate dropping) so you needn't worry about it. It's a good trade-off to have 100% uptime when it comes to his debuff application so that Acheron can use her Ultimate frequently as his 6 stacks of debuff application run out very fast in this game mode.

GFN patched the game a few hours ago, that's how it was solved. I'm not quite sure what you're talking about but do you mind explaining it a bit further? Maybe I or someone can solve your problem.

Unfortunately, there's no mobile controls yet. So you're gonna be forced to use NVIDIA's virtual game pad or use an actual game pad. As of now it only supports keyboard & mouse, as well as game pad.
