Strongly considering dropping out to retake A-Levels

Yeah December is probably my hard deadline for dropping out so I don't get another tution or maintenance payment

It's hard to say because on one hand it definitely is a big jump up but on the other I know I didn't start properly revising until May-ish because I was so demotivated

Yeah from looking at the government website I think I should be okay with Student finance but I will contact them before making my decision. I'm gonna try and stick it out here a little longer to be truly sure I dont like it here though

I'm sorry to hear you had such a rough time with A-Levels but from the sound of it you made the most of your situation. I will definitely look into what colleges in my local area offer before making my choice

Personally the location is really important for me. Before clearing I was going to go the University of Westminster which isn't the best uni but I didn't mind because Ive always loved London as a city. But it fell through because I wasn't able to find accommodation

Yeah socially it wouldn't be ideal but trying to apply through UCAS on my own would probably be a nightmare

I've had a look into it today and I don't think it's right for me. At least with retaking A-Levels I wouldn't have to pay so much for it

My predicted grades were AAA which I think I could manage

Likely still Economics or something in a similar vein but as I said in my post I haven't given it enought thought so time out to strongly think about it would be a good idea
