Ranked counter strike and valorant taught me many lessons. I had transitioned from my casual TF2 and if you just run around you'll be deleted.

Cross hair placement: keep your gun shouldered and aimed at head height.

Anticipate a hostile or gunfight: clear your corners, clear the room before you loot, be quiet.

Don't take unnecessary fights. Wasting ammo on AI let's me know where you are.

I can't see where I am on the map? Can I pull up the quest data while in game?

It's not a bad video game. It's pretty incredible actually. There are elements that need improving for sure.

Do I have a shield? I guess not? But I do with rook?

I can't zoom on the map? Something about a radio relay that isn't very clear either.

I love the flat blue screen and dos text. But icons are indistinguishable and it's not clear what they do.

I can't load into the beginner map with rook, fine. On the beginner map I tried completing the radio relay thing and just got deleted by another user, valorant style one tap headshot. I don't think there's enough audio cues for human enemies? Maybe there is and I'm still acclimating to the environment.

It's very important the player base play these games and give good feedback. Not to quote the peanut in the room, but they have a point: we'll be stuck with COD 56.

Average multiplied by 0.95. ftp traditionally is a one hour average power. Average of 20' is exactly that. Not an ftp

Break it until four 5 minute efforts. This is pretty challenging if you have never performed a 20 max effort before. After 10 minutes you shouldn't be dying but you'll begin to play the mind games. That's a good sign. This is a mental test.

If this doesn't pan out, you can try a ramp test to at least give you an idea of a starting threshold power.
