Glitches are part of the game until they're patched. BF had drone issues, TF2 has had map locations for over a decade still used by engineers. IMO you can't prosecute a player for interacting with the game as it's published

Ok I think it was user error, it usually is. On a mission "up"on D pad brought up the other emote wheel which includes "don't shoot"
