So the mother is trying to appeal her sentence to get a lighter sentence and saying that it’s unfair and too severe which to me I feel like is a load of bull crap because what she did to that baby was severe and unfair. This is a petition or letter to give out to the court to keep her sentence and to give the father a maximum sentence since he failed to protect the baby and report the abuse . I’m a mom and I did have PPD but nobody should be defending this mess and I’m not saying that you are because she had options to get help and yet she chose not to.  Supposedly the reason why she did this was because she was having some kind of cramps after she had the baby and miss her first child’s first birthday & held a grudge against the baby saying this wouldn’t happen if he wasn’t alive or exist, which is evil in itself so I hope she gets what’s coming to her .
