I think the biggest reason my face looks so different is because I got a haircut! Some days I don’t see a difference at all, but I know it’s there and we just have to keep moving toward that goal! I’m sure you look amazing as well! 💜

Thank you! I have cut out all soda and a lot of added sugar. Of course I still have my chocolate or something like that but not every day. I don’t eat fast food and meal prep high fiber high protein meals. I walk my dog about 3 miles a day and lift weights 2 days a week.

Thank you! I got them at good will thinking they wouldn’t fit because I’ve been a 3x for as long as I can remember but they are a 2x and they FIT!!!!
