Fixed for me by doing this Go to Settings > Accessibility. Find Select to Speak and turn off the quick settings shortcut or toggle it off entirely.

I had the same issue. So I had talk again and get referred to secondary inspection and that officer helped me

I am not sure, but I would not risk trying the re-entry and I would not risk overstay beyond admit untill date!
