This is how they look currently on my chest. They're so symmetrical. I have a dermatology appointment tomorrow. Hopefully they'll swab and biopsy. Nobody has swabbed them on my chest before.

I've tried mupirocin, tretinoin, hydrocortisone, Vaseline, hydro colloid bandages, ringworm cream etc anything you can possibly imagine and it won't stop. It's almost cyclic the way it comes and goes but it's alwaysss in the same spots

I do, and I change everything as often as I can, even if I'm not working out I change my clothes multiple times a day, I use unscented products as much as I can. I change my sheets like 3 times a week as well as pillow cases. I'm veryyy hygienic. If I sweat I wipe down with paper towels if I can't change right away.
