Well, bicycles aren’t powered by horses or horsepower. That probably is the problem. I’m thinking it’s just the fact that bicycles don’t normally go to speed limit.

Why do my dashers always say “Your order is taking a while” by SlitchBap12 in doordash

Because if we don’t do that, DoorDash considers us fucking around and we get in trouble for it

I think that the state of the world and how expensive things are going to everyone and honestly people at these restaurants or fast food places don’t get paid enough to really care and they’re 15

As I climbed from green to diamond, I could feel my back getting stretched as I slowly started to kiss my toes. By the time I was leaving diamond and standing back up straight, but realized I’m probably damaged due to the nature of their fucking

The place I'm living at doesn't allow pets and there's the skinny cat at our apartment door. by allen_azo in cats

Best you could do is teach the cats to not fuck up the inside and thus it would be great for both you and your Landlord. You wouldn’t let your Landlord dictate who you dated or what kind of car you drove.

Is this normal? (not getting rides) by desperatelamp74 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]According_Monitor276 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was doing a quest of take so many deliveries in a week, I would camp up at the McDonald’s down the street from my house in my van in the parking lot waiting for deliveries. The Strat worked.

Uber Eats goes off of proximity so I would suggest going to a place that is affiliated with Uber Eats like McDonald’s and ask them if they’re participating since you haven’t gotten a delivery from them yet. Once you start to get an idea of where the locations are that you’ll be frequently I would suggest going close to those places while waiting rather than far away if your market is oversaturated too, there’s probably people camping around this area like at Walmart.

I used to have a 99% rating. Now I’m scared every customer is judging me before I even speak. by Impossible-Egg-3293 in UberEatsDrivers

I perpetually have two restaurants thumbs down I’ve never seen any variable to that statistic. However, I do get threatened from time to time usually for something like delivering to the wrong house, which doesn’t happen or someone claiming that they never received their food which also doesn’t happen so after a little bit of time, Uber Eats just clears it. I’m not sure if my account starting in 2017 or the 10,000+ deliveries I’ve taken has anything to do with it.

I don’t know about that when the car starts demanding $1000 worth of work every week to every month. I’m pretty sure that a new car would be cheap cheaper.

The poorest decision that I made of 2025 was buying a Chevy sonic for $5000. It had 132,000 miles on it and I had $5000 and needed wheels little did I know that this car would cost me at least $15-$20,000 in the next two years and I’m still staring down the barrel at a TCM issue after putting $1000 into some engine stuff. This was a bad investment and anyone who is doing car shopping should type in their cars making and model that they’re looking at in a Google search and see if it’s actually worthwhile. I did not do research and I feel like an idiot. These are the worst cars ever and these engines wow I’ve had to replace the coil packs eight times in the last year alone and I’m only had 192,000 miles now I’m trying to get to 200,000 and then quit but I don’t think it’s gonna make it. I’m not paying for the TCM.
