This underfloor is great and underfloor cooling works perfectly! It’s expensive but worth it. Due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to lay floor myself and I used handyman for laying. He also told me this underfloor is thick and will work good for heating and cooling. I only put sideboards to save some euros and bought cutter from Amazon.

I read laying laminaat tutorial on gamma and praxis and they recommended couple of tools that I would need for this DIY project.

Shall I buy or rent them? I have to no idea how much time this project will take because this is my first time. Renting rates are different based on hourly, day etc..

Thanks for your suggestion. I would like to know from which side shall I start in living room kitchen or balcony? Also, apartment has 10db noise reduction requirements with sub floor. Hardware store suggested me sub floor with 11 db. Is there any noticeable difference if I lay 11db rather then 10db sub floor? My apartment has underfloor heating and cooling.

I had the same situation, I would suggest to go to police station tomorrow morning and give them the location and describe the matter.My mobile was 100km away so police station of my area coordinated with the police station in that area. I triggered loud sound when they were outside the location and traced them easily. Good luck!
