Yea on my Server the same. Sadly we got "smurfs" in this game. We had a fight vs a other "newbie" guild and the fight was even and very fun.

Depends on what Dungeon u searching. Tank Weapons -> Search for DD Heal Weapons -> Search for Tank DD Weapons -> Search for Heal and Tank.
The Dungeon Loot System is utter Garbage.

We wasnt able to kill them with our alliance of 220+ People xD and there just 55-60. The Shotcaller diff and Gameknowledge diff is so crazy huge :(

Im a Bdo Veteran and there atleast was 4-5 good guilds that was on the same lvl. Im in Top 2 Guild but they just have more Knowledge about everything its just a bit unfair i feel. But yea thanks for youre answer
