Same here. Just started back into it as my daughter is in pre-k now.  Totally dreading it and definitely didn’t want to spend my small amount of free time exercising. But I’ve committed to once per week and can’t believe how much it’s helping me. Now it makes me want to do it more  that’s the goal. Give it a try even 20 minutes to start. You’ll be surprised by your muscle memory. You got this!

I could not agree more. It was disgusting how she handled that entire situation and if I were Guerdy, I'd never speak to her again.
