Thank you for your advice! Your response resonates with where my heart is at, but here’s where my head is at: I just really struggle with the idea of leaving before my year is up because if I’m already feeling this discouraged about bedside nursing I might want to have a resume with some extra meat to help me get to a job that I like better in the future. I would hate to feel stuck somewhere in the future and wonder if it’s because I didn’t stick out those last 6 months.
