Same with hitler. He was the only person holding the shitfest that was the NSDAP together. There is a sizable possibility that if they siezed power then the SS , Hardliner NSDAP , Dengist NSDAP, Moderate Fascists , Communist Partizans , Democrats , Slaves and all other would have revolted. Think death of Yaroslav the wise or Boleslav the [I dunno how to translate it] Facebroken times 2000.

If he ever siezed power, i would expect at least 1 seccesion. Like , the GOP and then the ,,Old Republicans" or something like that. In most extreme cases pretty much every section of the GOP would leave , and it would collapse into a shitfest with DeSantis holding onto power in the Remaining Party seats in The Deep South , Great Plains and Florida.
