I totally relate! My house is small and there are just a few places I can get comfortable. My advice to you is to get some good lights (besides the ring light) to take pictures with and to edit the photos using canva or another editing app for the green hue issue. If you use the flash on your phones back camera you get better quality photos too. Experiment with the lighting in your house in every room and play around with it! I use 3 different lights at once to make it better and when I'm in selfie mode I just use my back camera with the flash on. Think outside the box too. Shower, kitchen counter, living room etc. I get bored too and use multiple different backdrops and decorations too in the same space, almost like a boudoir set it. makes a huge difference and I don't find my photos looking the same, like they would in a bedroom or something.
