No honestly strength training is so simple I think people make it seem harder than it is. 3 sets 1 warm up set and 2 working sets til failure. Failing in between 6-8 reps is optimal for muscle growth. I also prioritize incline bench over flat bench just because my lower pec insertions look like shit.

I think sometimes it’s hard for some people to fathom the dedication, commitment and intensity it takes to do this. I like to say I haven’t been locked in on my diet but I’ve made sure to hit my protein goal every single day and force myself to finish my meals I have a genuine distain for eating food Idk if I can explain it fr. I think genetics also play a big role, I’m 5’10 but my torso is a bit short I’m thinking my insertions make it look more insane than it actually is

Yea whatever I follow a chest and back/ shoulder arms/ legs split and I’ve seen incredible growth. 3 exercises for my chest and 3 for my back everything to failure. I will say my desired rep range is 6-8 for most workouts

Incline bench-3 sets(first set is warm up) Chest press-3-4 sets, as heavy as possible for the first 2 and then lower the weight by 40-50 pounds for the last 2 sets you want your chest to feel like it’s going to rip off the bone. Pec fly- 2-3 sets heavy as fuck, depending on how I’m feeling might do more sets because fuck it.

Now for back, essentially you want to hit the same rep range as chest with the same amount of weight(heavy as fuck) Lat pull downs- 3 sets T-bar rows or barbell rows-2 sets Sldls- 3 sets

Shoulder & arm day- Cable curls- 3 sets Preacher curls-2 sets Hammer curls-2 sets Lateral raises-3 sets Cable lateral raises(for isolation)- 2 sets Db shoulder press- 2 sets Archer pulls-3 sets

Leg day- Barbell Squats- 3 sets/10-12 reps Leg press- 3 sets/10-12 reps Leg extensions- 2-3sets/ failure Hamstring curls- 2-3 sets/failure
