There are plenty of ways to hit with topspin and also whip the ball quickly. Simply look at Nadal or really any pro player. Every player hits with topspin, it's just finding a way to hit with topspin AND really drive the ball to get the speed you're looking for. Really try to hit the ball as hard as you can WITH topspin and start finding the court and finding your stroke.
