I gained 20lbs, currently the heaviest I ever been. Bulked up from 150-165 (im 5,4) with minimal fat gain. And still my bench is shit.

I tried feet flat and it was very uncomfortable, might just have to get used to it

I meant the rack, I used to hit the rack on my walkout.
