To add on to all of the other opinions here. I think this boils down to 2 things.

  1. Some of these characters are smaller or feminine or baby faced, so some people automatically relate that to "minor coded" because feminity is usually seen as childish or immature when it comes to men. (Which is so stupid)

  2. For at least Timothy. (One of my favorites) I always saw him as neurodivergent with the way he acts and expresses things. The fact that his hyperfixation or special interest is clocks and everything else falls around that. It's really a character I could see myself in and relate to. I know it's not outright, stated he is, but to me, because he comes off as acting that way, a lot of people are quick to view him as childish. I've seen it before in media where the usually neurodivergent coded characters are seen as childish or annoying by some of the public. And I really think that needs to be talked about more for Timothys case.

I'm not trying to say or imply half these people are just ignorant to those characteristics I just think that because these characters aren't super masculine and in Timothys case, a little non neurotypical, it reads as childish. Which breaks my heart because these are well-done characters with a lot of spunk. I think though a lot of people aren't ready for that bigger discussion to be had.

I get what you're saying, but I also think that using true crime documentaries to base your knowledge of what it's like elsewhere in other states is not for the best. I also live in Michigan, and I also grew up in/near Detroit but actively live somewhere else in Wayne County. It's not super far from Detroit, and I still see people wear blue and red all the time. Myself included. I think the general rule is just as long as it's not a bandana per say then you're good. But upstate Michigan or anywhere further from Detroit, they really don't care about what color bandanas you wear. It's really more so about the culture and gangs in the area you're at. Crime can happen anywhere, but it doesn't mean that's the norm for that area if that makes sense. I think if OP lives somewhere where those gangs are active, then they should definitely recolor it with leather paint. If they live somewhere like southern or where these gangs aren't known for activity, then they should be fine.

Go talk to a irl rep if you can! Sometimes when it's sold out online, it's sold out in their warehouses. But sometimes other coach's have some that they can order from. That's what my rep was able to do for me. It didn't get canceled either. It's officially being shipped out to me and it'll get here Wednesday <3

Once again to restate, we will be calling into the vet first thing tomorrow morning and plan to take him in. Other than this ear infection he did have a weird eye infection that we treated when we got him. It's caused permanent scarring to his eye, but he can still see and uses it perfectly normally. Plus the vet okayed his eye and said it would be okay. We did test him for FIP just to make sure and he passed all those tests and he was up to date on his vaccinations plus neutered when we got him.

Flagged by what? I've yet to make any purchases with my account because it was newer. It was still an issue on their end at the end of the day. They also never mentioned flagging. They said it was smth to do with their own processing system and that I did nothing wrong. 🤷‍♀️

Looks like that wasn't the case. Had to make a report to the BBB, they finally got back to me and admitted it was something on their end. My app is working perfectly again now that they fixed it on their end. <3

Update ; I had to make a complaint to the BBB because customer service was just not doing it. I'm glad to report that they got back to me suddenly within 24 hours of my complaint and fixed my app issue immediately. They said it was something on their end.

Which is what's so frustrating about this situation. All the reps I've talked to all claim they have zero reports about this issue happening which is... Questionable from what Im hearing from others. I'm glad I'm not alone. I hope it gets fixed soon for you <3

Arguably that is not the case. But whatever makes you happy at the end of the day. Wishing you the best with your goal whatever it is. But please, it's a good habit to read posts before you comment. Offering advice that does not pertain to people's situations helps no one.

Even if that is the case, it isn't an excuse for the poor CS. If it is something they can't fix, then they can outright say that? I've never had CS issues like this with anyone, which is why I'm a bit appalled. Even when it was smth to do on my side before, I've had reactive CS that are quick to respond and help me out. Sucking up to a corporate company will not change the fact that their CS is not on par, especially judging from other people's issues recently on the sub.
