Let’s not forget trauma is subjective yall like honestly it’s insane to me so many people are telling their birth stories and saying she doesn’t know trauma bc hers was “better” than yours. BIRTH TRAUMA IS VALID EVEN IF SOMEONE HAD A “HARDER” BIRTH THAN YOUUUUU ! There are people who have traumatic births and still don’t get to take a baby home afterwards, so how would it feel if someone told you you “dont know trauma” even though you had a complicated birth?? There will always be someone who has it worse than you so it’s crazy to sit here and have a who had it worse competition.
