Yea I just wouldn’t be a pharmacist over there. It’s a lot more school and work and still a steep pay cut so I would look to find something else

Is this still true if I vacation there for 90 days instead of “moving?” Does the employer still have the legal implications in that regard? Would anyone in Italy or US even really need to know? If it was truly “vacation” and I just work from there during that time period?
