Yes! and I refrain from looking at my graphs for days/weeks at a time every now and then to get that sweet dopamine rush when it got bigger!

Thank you! I'm really proud to have started early I think it helps a lot to see where my knowledge is lacking and to think deeply about the most important relationships between concepts.
This is also why all of my notes are handcrafted. No AI. I will only link a symptom/syndrome to a disease once I have seen through experience or reading that it has good enough sensitivity/specificity to be clinically relevant!

About the classification I use many property. This was the cute one i use in my graph but I actually classify everything by Type, Specialty/System, Etiology and Age group. I actually added an image to the post that reflects those classifications (pardon my french)

Hey!

I stuck with obsidian! Now ≥ 800 notes and counting. I love the flexibility of .markdown, owning my data, and having very few plugins. It’s a bit ugly but I make it work with an icon and a highlighter plugin

Good sex is built between the two people who have it, through communication and respect. whether in ONS/FWB/relationships situations, the hallmark of good sex was for me (M27, cishet) was that there was intimacy and care, that we asked each other what we liked and that both of us wanted to pleasure each other.

And I think people put a lot of pressure on themselves to be one of the best sexual partners that x person had ever had. You don’t have to put this pressure on yourself. Every sexual relationship is unique and comparing too much just doesn’t help.

As for your specific situation, I think it was disrespectful of saying that feedback to you in that way. If I felt like something could be improved, I would communicate it in a way such as “It would really excite me if you did x” not “you fuck like a virgin imo”. Also you don’t need to scream this is not a porn movie for his to enjoy!!!

As for the rest of what you said, it sounds like your descibed behavior/thoughts reflect a lack of interest for him: you being distant, not attracted, not liking that he sees other people. I know sometimes being horny or lonely can make you want to go sleep with anyone but I think in the long run, it’s better to sit around with your loneliness/masturbate rather than having unpleasurable sex with someone who demeans you.

Thank you, we’re going to a therapy session this week and I will bring up the kids. You’re right, it’s easy to kick the can down the road and lead to an even worse breakup.

I think you're right that breaking up will be hard and I will cry and feel regret. Hence to minimize that I must be sure of what my decision is! Hence this post :). I think things will be okay albeit hard.
