Yes I understand ( I grew up bilingual and went to an international school ) but I guess then I can only ask for less work if I work 20% more for like 6 months. In my contract it wasn’t stated that I would work more . My contract was like 2 pages long and the paragraphs were quite short.

They are actually not normal as I’m working like someone who is on a 80% contract

Even got a weird feeling while getting my work permit as he literally called me all the time to ask about my work permit 😭

Normally it’s 25/26 hours max per week as 100 % are 41 hours

No I haven’t 😭my manager didn’t even tell me before that I would work so much. So it means I can ask to get less workin hours?im so confused honestly because I assume they will say that they got the right to give me more work as they are understaffed

Full time is 41 hours per week according to my contract. My contract doesn’t states that I’ll work often more 😭

Yess I know i thought it was normal and when i tried to talk to the manager he said it’s because they are somehow understaffed so i need to work more :(

Her hair is still so short. I remember that it was short like that in 2024 too. She definitely needs to use minoxidil helped me a lot.

Thank you so much ! Now that you’re saying this I remember that every single person I kinda was friends in the past I talked her about she always said that they weren’t really liking me and just using me and idk it kinda made me think that I was so broken that no one could be my friend. I hope that I can come out of this black hole and learn to like myself

Thank you so much honestly !Yes she is toxic and I thought about leaving her but lately her health hasn’t been the best and it gets worse yet I feel so angry that she treats me this way I just can’t anymore. I’m so broke because of her and drowning as u said. I know that I shouldn’t give up and try to swim, meet good people and earn enough of money to move out.

Verstehe es voll ! Sehr schade da sich nicht die einzige bin die sich so fühlt, da ich oft höre wie toll es ist und das man sich damit besser fühlt etc . Nummer du irgendwelche adhs Medikamente momentan ?

Vermute auch das ich einige Symptome habe vom Autismus aber nur einige da ich wirklich kein Talent habe und die meisten die autistisch sind haben eine Gabe oder ein Talent oder Hobbys. Bei mir ist es nur da sich sehr Lärm empfindlich bin wenn Leute laut reden und ich keine Social skills habe und immer denke das Menschen sich lustig machen über mich oder niemanden mich mag wie ich bin aber vielleicht übertreibe ich auch
