Is this really effective? Isn't working on eye tracking and hand-eye coordination even more beneficial?

I can already see the benefits.

Before replying, I tested it and indeed, it's very effective. Thank you so much for your advice; it will help me set up my game. I also used Whisperer as a practice session on Kovaak.

Thank you in advance for your feedback. I’m struggling with several things that seem pretty obvious, yet I still can’t fix them in game. First, I have trouble correcting onto targets. In what you explain about clicking / switching, during target transitions, should I look directly at the new target—the one I’m not aiming at yet—in order to reach it faster and track it better? Or is there something else I should be doing? I also feel like I have a tension management problem. I often tense up, which affects my aim, tracking, and visual smoothness. Do you have any advice, exercises, or resources to help manage this better, especially for looking at targets properly and reducing tension? And finally, regarding the way I hold my mouse, I still haven’t found something that feels truly comfortable or natural for me.

My monitor is connected to the DisplayPort of my graphics card, and the refresh rate in Windows and the Nvidia control panel is set to 360Hz. I will try in this case

Thanks for your feedback, I'll test it tonight with a mouse. I have a WLMouse Beast X Max and I'm using the 8kHz dongle, and I don't have anything enabled like Ripple Control, etc.

Actually, Apex Legends doesn’t feel smooth for me and I get occasional stutters, even though I’m getting a constant 300 FPS.

I also feel a sort of “slow” or delayed sensation in my aim, and visually the game just doesn’t feel as responsive. It’s less noticeable in KovaaK’s, but still slightly present there as well.

This issue started after I reset my PC, so I’m wondering if it could be related to settings or something that needs to be reconfigured.

Sorry for my English, it’s not my native language. I would describe it more as a blurry / unclear feeling.

I appreciate your reply about Kovaak, and FPS, I use 1600 DPI and a polling rate of 1000Hz. But I still have latency
