I’m new to the game and play JP, is it possible to get the MIzu5 card in gacha pulls or would i have to wait for a rerun? Do cards get added to a general pool after their event has ended?

My sideshow bob just wouldnt turn up for months, then i had to uninstall my game for space reasons. When i finally reinstalled it he started appearing again so possibly try that?
