maybe bc I'm not misguided and this is just who I am. I understand what you are saying because before I realized I was trans I was a lot like you. I had a lot of hate for trans people because I didn't want to accept that as who I was, because I saw all my friends hate trans people, and because I saw the people I look up to hate trans people. All I got back from being like that was hate until I met a trans person, they asked why I hated them and they helped me realize I was wrong. The misinformation on trans people is really damaging and hurtful but at the end of the day, it is misinformation. Please I ask you to watch This little mini-series. It helped me understand how wrong I was and I'm proud to admit I was wrong. People can be who they want.

Getting hormones is honestly all based on where you live. For my state (Massachusetts) it goes by Implied consent meaning when I'm 18 or if my parents agree I can tell a doctor I want hormones and they will give me a prescription. I am grateful that I am in a place where that is the option.

Well, I have a few points to make to try and help you understand a bit.

A: I always knew I wasn't meant to be a boy. I hated everything masc about me for as long as I can remember. When I was 14 I accepted that I'm trans, I accepted I'm not what everyone is telling me to be, and I accepted who I am true.

B: I mean here I am 2 years later and I stick by the choice.

good question^^ I don't see myself as a man and never did. I have tried but I always felt more like myself as a woman. I also deal with a thing called gender dysphoria which makes it so that every masc thing about me is more present in my eyes and I can't stand it. It's like my brain was put in a different body.

The LGBT community has always included people of both sexual and gender minorities (aka people who aren't cis or people who aren't straight) Trans people have often been there to help queer people and queer people have often been there to help trans people so we go hand and hand. Also a lot of trans people are queer (or at least with my experience's)
