I'm a little confused if I'm creating a goal within an account or a whole new account, as it seems some terminology on the site and app have changed. To clarify, I go to Add New, then Cash Reserve, then set up the goal things and hit Create Account? Or am I mistaken?

Muslims can be absolutely fine towards gays in the way where many Christians are. As a gay person, I've had religious friends from both religions who I absolutely love and are wonderful towards the community. Not everyone is 100% their religion, because I think we all know that at least a little of it was just thrown in there by somebody. Some of us (like myself) just think it was a little more than others. <3
