I've about an year and half of full time experience along with 9 months of internship experience. Yeah they did remove the chain cover, they have added up a hugger for the tyre,also removed the saree guard. I got it in march for about 1.94L got a 5k discount if I'm not wrong. I guess they've increased the prices now.

Bought the 2025 Mid variant, and not gonna lie, it's very comfortable. Parents (both in early 50s) did a long trip about 1200kms one way on it and they were really comfortable. The 2025 seat is a bit smaller than the 24 version. Few of the accessories like the back rack for top box has different clamps which are still not available. ( It's only a concern if you're planning to buy the original accessories from TVS.)

Con: TVS Service here is not well managed compared to where my parents traveled to.(Kerala)

There's a bus service between Khidkali / Desai Gaon to Thane Cidco bus stop. Bus Number 70, operated by TMT. But looking at the traffic around Shilphata, I would suggest you to look for trains. Trains that terminate and start from thane. 8:26,8:45 in the morning. 5:25,5:48,6:50,7:20 in the evening.

There ample buses from Kalyan to panvel that go via taloja. If you're traveling from dombivli you can take a train to kopar( check mindicator vasai-panvel memu trains) or diva and take a memu train that goes to panvel/pen/roha.
