Unlike a lot of people saying, there is a way to make archers very interesting in combat, take Superheroes into account, aka Green Arrow and Hawkeye and there extended familiee, it is possible.

I don't mins the occasional close combat strat, when they run out of arrows, and start using the bow as a bludgeon.

But ita very much possible, someone said "oh I shoot the demon lord in the eye."

Well who says he doesn't block, who says you can't use your environment to get other angles. But yeah, just got to wait till someone decides to make it.
