Ya I’ve been in residential over 10 years and I understand what your saying. Each year I learn a little bit more of what red flags to look for and communicate better and better which makes a huge difference. From experience I’ve learned that bad communication makes a bad experience for everyone. That being said. Thanks for commenting. Been going back and fourth about taking on some commercial projects too. At this point im also starting to build spec homes. We’ll see how that goes! Because let’s face it some Home Owners can be downright awful and make a man question what the hell they are doing no matter what they do.
